Bayan EDGE Building Enterprises (BEBE)

About BEBE

BEBE is the social franchising program of EDGE. This flagship program will capitalize on the relationship of EDGE with other foundations under the Bayan Family of Foundations (BFF) ecosystem.

Bayan Academy (Academy) will provide a pool of graduates from its livelihood and skills training who will undergo incubation for three to six months. EDGE, together with (BFF) will form partnerships with either private or public partners who will fund the hubs where the graduates will be assessed during incubation. 


Once the incubation period is over, the pool of graduates will be allowed to franchise either their salon or workshop. After the salon or workshop has been set up, Academy and EDGE will monitor the franchise as part of its commitment to guiding the new entrepreneurs.

Academy will provide training, while EDGE will provide business process intervention and audit and introduce the BETA Program.
